Impacted teeth
If teeth remain in the jawbone, are misaligned and threaten to grow out crookedly, surgical exposure is reasonable and necessary. We will be able to reach the relevant tooth with a minimally invasive operation and remove a small amount of soft tissue and if required a tiny bit of jawbone for the exposure – this will prevent the risk of inflammation occurring. After exposure, we will use an orthodontic procedure to move the tooth into its correct position. We will discuss with the patient individually and in advance what an optimum treatment plan could look like.
